Hi there

This is probably quite overdue, but I’d like to update you on what I’m up to at the moment:

After some contemplation last year, I decided to apply myself to the process of sharing my songs. Although I have been growing my collection of original tunes for a few years now, I was always going to need a product if I wanted to share anything. I committed myself to preparing my material in the best ways I knew how, and decided to name the project Hope Station. I have been fortunate enough to have Ralph Martin (who produced Phringe) also catch the vision and work with me on this project. As always, the recording and production was thrilling. Resources became available and amazing people stepped forward to help with various things. Treating songs as separate ad-hoc projects which would be uniquely accessible to different people, I packaged my little babies (read singles) and distributed them to radio stations. I am trying to approach everything as strategically as possible, drawing upon my past experience where appropriate.

I am excited that the two singles I have recorded have both been playlisted (added to daily broadcast rotation) on numerous stations around the country. 94.7 Highveld Stereo are playing ‘What Am I To Do?’ daily, a fabulous vote of confidence, and East Coast Radio have just accepted this first single for the same. Listen out for it - it sounds great. ‘Version Of Me’ has received interest as a more contemporary offering.
